Courtnie L. Fields is an Associate Attorney at AM&F.  She represents employers in employment-related matters with a focus on workers’ compensation and OSHA defense.  Courtnie guides businesses through complex regulatory requirements and defends their interests in litigation.

Before joining the firm, Courtnie served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney with the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office, where she gained extensive courtroom experience in criminal matters.  

Courtnie earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2019, after completing her undergraduate studies at Wright State University. She is licensed to practice law in both Ohio and the District of Columbia, bringing a broad perspective to her work with employers.
