Lucas Strakowski is an Associate with Auman, Mahan & Furry, with a focus in the areas of general corporate work in varying industries. Lucas assists clients with day-to-day business legal needs, working solutions, and providing practical advice. Lucas has worked on transactions involving buying and selling businesses (Mergers and Acquisitions), review and drafting of business-to-business agreements (in other words, commercial contracts), and real estate matters such as the drafting and review of easements and related agreements. While Lucas is a believer in resolving disputes as much as possible without litigation, Lucas has also worked with clients and the directors of Auman, Mahan & Furry on litigation matters involving business clients.

Lucas brings creativity and a different perspective to the practice of law and his work performed for all clients. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and is both a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Cincinnati Bar Association. Lucas was also involved in the filming of Dark Waters (2019) and “played a lawyer on TV” before becoming admitted to the Ohio State Bar Association.

Lucas received his undergraduate degree in Music Composition from Cleveland Institute of Music, a graduate degree in Music Composition from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, and his law degree from the University of Cincinnati School of Law, where he was a member of the University of Cincinnati Law Review.
